2a. send her which choice base you want

2b. send her a couple of good photos of your pet

2c. enclose the name of your pet, dates (if you want them on the memorial) and sex of the pet.

3. Angie’s paypal is the same address. Upon receipt, she will make your memorial.

Prices – currently only $10. Be sure to mention this page, or the hospice page for the price.

Customize backgrounds if needed for a slight additional fee can be discussed.

Discounts available for multiple memorials for either the same, or additional animals when ordered at the same time.

Delivery  is via email, for you to use online or print out.
